Tasha's love for fitness developed throughout her childhood as a multisport athlete, which ultimately led her to pursue her Bachelor's Degree in Human Kinetics. Following graduation, Tasha became infatuated with the science behind fitness. She earned her CPT and began taking clients while adopting a very evidence-based training approach. With experience working with high-level athletes, general population, youth sport, and now pursuing a Masters Degree, you can be sure you are in great, experienced hands.
